Obnoxious is an understatement
Pros: great location close to UC’s campus and a lot of bars/restaurants. Good appliances and modern feel. Gated community. Great AC and heating. Washer dryer in the apartment.
Cons: if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Of course it’s right next to campus so I expected parties, but the walls, windows, ceiling, and doors let every little sound into your apartment. I can track my upstairs neighbors footsteps with the TV at full volume. My apartment is also on the... ground floor next to one of the many entry/exit gates which slams shut (no matter how gently you try to close it) and sends vibrations through my entire apartment. There is lot parking but you have to pay $800 for a pass (renew every year). Package delivery is terrible because the USPS/UPS/FedEx just drop the package off in the clubhouse where literally anyone can take it (already had one package stolen).

For college sophmores at the most
Filled with the noisiest, grossest, and most privilaged. 65 west fufills all your wants if your a college student not looking to get sleep or focus. Unless you like living in filfth id say pass. For the money it costs the headaches should be minimal but between the pregames, arguments in hallways ( people cant stay in the privacy of their own homes for some reason, and general trash environment youd swear you were in a dorm.
Tldr: nice place if u can get a secluded top floor corner otherwise... id say pass. And if u dont pass you should be comfortable with music and noise.

65 West
New and clean. Smaller for some of the other apartments in the area and more expensive. However, it's safe with gates and security cameras,
