Nice and Quiet

I honestly love living here. It's quiet and you can't find a 2 bedroom in anderson township under 800. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is handled fast. I like my neighbors and the building is quiet.

Bad maintenance and office availability.

The apartment is nice but I've had some maintenance issues I wanted taken care of and cant get in contact with anyone. There is no one ever in the office even though rent is due.

not the best

I had problems with this apartment complex before I even moved in. I was shown a newly remodeled apartment that I really liked. I told the property manager that I wanted it and I will be back tomorrow with the security deposit. I could have written a check then and there but they wanted a certified check. The following morning I was told that someone else rented that apartment out but there was another one that wasn't remodeled. I was desperate so I agreed. I moved in and I have had nothing but... problems. Things broke all the time but maintenance was always on top of it. Several months in is when the property management started getting on my nerves. There was nothing in the lease agreement about not being allowed multiple cars. I have an old truck that I drive on the weekends and soon as I parked it they wanted it gone without stating a reason. The property manager said that "the owner doesn't like your truck." There are cars in the parking lot that haven't moved in over a year but they are allowed to stay there. I ended up selling the truck out of fear of eviction. The apartment complex is old and cheaply made, you can't even get high speed internet in the complex. I can hear my neighbors talking through the walls and I can hear when their phone rings. I live on the first floor so I can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take. The neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise and smoking cigarettes and weed on the front steps. This year they raised the rent so I will not be staying in this complex.
