You Will Love Living Here

I've lived here for a year and a half. Andrew, Bria, and Savannah are the absolute BEST property managers. They consistently operate with integrity, friendliness, professionalism, reliability, and efficiency. Brian, Michael and the rest of the maintenance team are top-notch. You will pay a bit more at this apartment complex, but I consider it well worth the money. Your maintenance orders get fulfilled in 24 hours on average and their automated online system makes everything you need done... seamless. I really appreciated that when my lease was up, I was offered a rate that was reasonable with my lease renewal and it made it sustainable for me to stay. I cannot say enough great things about Centennial Station. They're just the best.

I love my apartment! One year update.

This is a very attractive complex, nice landscaping, well cared for, and with all the amenities. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious and full of light from all the windows (with blinds), and comes with a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and well laid out, while the bathrooms are roomy and attractive. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, and there is plenty of closet space with shelves and hanger rails. There are power outlets everywhere, including the balcony. A... washer and dryer is provided without charge. The hot water, heating, and air conditioning are all more than adequate for my needs. The location is perfect for me: just a couple minutes from I-71, and just a few minutes more from Columbia Parkway.

I have easy access to Oakley square, Hyde Park Square, Hyde Park Plaza, Mt. Lookout, dozens of restaurants, even more shopping on Red Bank road, 15 minutes from Downtown, and ten minutes from Kenwood. There is lots of parking (unassigned). The recycling, trash, and mailboxes are convenient and centrally located, and the areas around them are always clean. Electric gates guard the entrances on Erie Avenue and Red Bank road (entry by code or wireless remote). You can have a dog or cat too, and the pet owners are very conscientious about leashing and cleaning up after them. Electric is provided by Duke, High Speed Internet/Cable by Time Warner and Cincinnati Bell. CS bills residents for water, sewer, trash and recycling (one convenient monthly bill). My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and they have been responsive to all requests. The office staff is equally great and friendly. There is a website portal for maintenance requests and paying rent, and I can contact the CS staff through the portal, by email, by phone, of just walk up to the office (in a lovely mansion that was part of the original property). Finally, my apartment is quiet, which is very important to me. I occasionally hear people talking on the stairs as they pass by, but that's about it (the stairs are outside, so people don't linger and chat). I've been here three months, and there's been only one loud-ish party that shut down before 10 PM. I have no regrets at all about moving here.

One year update: Still love my apartment! Stable and reliable Management and Maintenance staff keep this complex in top shape.

Great apartment with convenient features, and great management

I have been living here for almost a year and my experiences are nothing but positive. I moved from NY with very tight schedule (1 week to find an apartment and move at the end of June which is very busy season). Desiree is very responsive to requests/E-mails so that made the moving process extremely pleasant and smooth.
Apartment complex is gated (front and back), so I feel very safe within the community. This place must be very dog friendly, because I see a lot of tenants with dogs. I live in...
studio apartment and it is very spacious, and has a lot of windows with lot of natural light. It has a ton of room for storage and having in-unit washer/dryer is great.
Also management/staff are exceptional. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. There is on-line portal for submitting maintenance request and they respond very quickly. I can also pay rent and utility online which is convenient. You have to set up electricity bill separately through Duke energy. They have events every months for residents for social. Club house is beautiful and they have snacks and coffee for residents (although I don’t get to use it much since I go to work very early. But I think it is nice feature). Fitness center is pretty small but outside seating/grill/pool area is very nice. There are plenty of parking where my unit is.
I-71 is close, so it’s easy to get to places. You can get to groceries (Kroger marketplace, Target, etc), shopping centers (Nordstrom rack/Norwood/Kenwood), or downtown Cincinnati area within 10-15min without traffic. My only concern is my electricity bill is very high in winter ($160s) compare to summer ($50s). I honesty have no idea why since I keep my apartment 68-71 degrees. I don't know if it is Duke's monopoly in this area, or air escaping somewhere.
Granted this is not a “cheap” apartment but compare to my co-workers apartments, I think I have much better deal here, and I would recommend to live here to anyone.
