How Is This Rating Determined?

NOT A NURSING HOME.

Just to clarify, Center Hill Terrace is NOT a nursing home in any way, shape or form. It is a "Senior Living" facility, meaning residents must be at least 55 years of age. There is absolutely no nursing or elderly care. The property is well maintained, the residents are all very friendly and the maintenance crew is beloved by all who live there. If you are looking for a nice quiet place for a VERY reasonable price, this is it.

Poor management/owner operations

The residents in this nursing facility are without the use of the elevator until after Labor Day 2018 in which the residents can only reach the laundry facilities on the BOTTOM FLOOR. That makes no sense for the elderly to have to ride the elevator to the basement to wash and dry their clothes. Do not consider this facility for your loved ones. It's not worth it.
