Great place to live!??
I moved to Red bank reserve almost four years ago and wished I found this place sooner. It's almost like living in the country as it is secluded from the main road and when turn onto the entrance road, you see trees and foliage and deer from time to time! The property is serene with the all the landscaping and almost as quiet as a nature preserve and it is well maintained. Maintenance requests are are addressed promptly and the staff are courteous and accommodating, they will do what can to... help with any issues. I love it here!

Red bank reserve review
I have lived in red bank reserve, formerly Lindsay lane, for a year next month. I love the amenities that red bank offers such as the pool! The living room space is very large as well as the bedroom. I’m able to fit a large sectional and a king size bed in either room. A huge upside to this complex is all of the closet space as well! I certainly think the rent we pay here is more affordable than many of the apartments in this area and I will continue to rent from here!

Perfect location and nice apartments.
Perfect location - Grocery stores, Hospitals and supermarkets within close proximity.
If you work in 5/3 bank (MOB /MOC) and looking for place to rent, there is no better place since you can literally walk to your office.
This property also had a decent size pool which is well maintained. It has grills which you can use to grilling during summer.

Good Overall
I lived here for 2.5 years. The overall apartment is decent for the price. It is secluded, which is nice. Maintenance was always quick when there was an issue. Kitchen is VERY tiny with outdated appliances. Would recommend overall.

Not worth it
My boyfriend had been here for Lindsay Lane and now Red Bank Reserve. These are things I’ve noticed just by staying the night and what he thinks.
Management is horrible. Front office never answers the phone and she always has an attitude. Pretty sure they screen calls when you have a complaint and will respond to your voicemail with an email the next day.
I’m pretty sure they only keep up with the apartments in the the front for show of course.
AC units suck and are old. They rather come “fix... it” a million times than replace it while still going up on rent.
Maintenance requests are not responded to for days.
Appliances are old and walls are thin.
There is always a note on every door that’s about nothing. Just wasting paper. And send 80 emails a week. Can I just live?
Hallways are not token care of so tenants tend to leave their trash in the hallway as if we have trash pick up days and we don’t. Meaning hallway carpet is filthy and it stinks.
Parking lot is always dirty until they schedule a showing we’ve noticed.
Front door key lock was finicky for months until after one of their showings.
Washer and dryer: there is only one of each in a building of maybe 10 tenants with the card machine only in the main building.
The swimming pool is open on managements time only. She closes the pool 15 minutes early if she wants despite people in it still and will leave it closed for a whole weekend despite the beautiful weather.
The apartment buildings I am pretty sure are becoming infested with roaches. Not sure since they’ve changed management that they spray. We even see them in the hallways on vacant doors and have seen them crawl under our door now. Have found many in the kitchen. All pictures are of the infestation.
During the fall when the rain and stormy weather strikes the power always goes out, sometimes for days and no you are not refunded for food gone bad in the fridge.
The neighborhood is safe but my boyfriends car was broken into a couple of months ago.
Also since management has changed the outside lights don’t come on anymore at night.
They keep up with the front apartments I’m sure but if you live anywhere else in the complex it’s a mess.
There are plenty of apartments in the area that’ll be worth the money. This is not it!
