Lazy Management

My sister and I have been trying to reach someone here for weeks. No responses to emails. Calls ring or say they cannot be continued. If there are available places, how are you filling them?? We are very interested and no one can help. So frustrating.

Great Location and Apartment

The apartment is in a great location. I lived here for three years and my apartment faces the river. I really enjoy being close to everything. The apartments are older, but maintenance is fast when it comes to addressing issues. The price is great as well.

couldn’t tell ya.

might be nice, wouldn’t know because they won’t answer the phone (i’ve called MANY times) and won’t return texts. also voicemail box has been full for over a week now. says something about management.

Location, Location, Location!

I have been living in this apartment complex for 2.5 years and i love the location! It is close to Downtown, Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Oakley etc. Plenty of room for 1-2 people in the apartments and i love the open concept feel of the living/kitchen/dining. The maintenance line is always available and come to fix problems quickly even if it is simple issue. I would recommend this as an affordable option in a great neighborhood! Thumbs up!

Great price for being close to the city

For some one who wants to be close to Cincinnati without paying the expensive rent, I'd recommend this apartment complex. I can see downtown Cincinnati and part of the Ohio River from the parking lot, which is neat. It provides easy access to the highways, Mount Lookout, Hyde Park, Oakley, Mariemont and you do not have a lot of traffic noise. The apartments are fairly basic; AC units, range, dishwasher, smoke detector, and hot water.

Water and trash are paid for, which is adds to the...
affordability. I wish the bathrooms were a little more updated as the fixtures are starting to show their age. No major maintenance issues I've encountered since living here. Parking situation is a little tight, my car has a few new door dings since living here, now I park on the street when I am here. Nothing really the management can do about it, if you have a nice car or at least one that you care about...park on the street and walk up the drive...my advice.
