Welcome to Woodside Apartments! Our community offers 60 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments designed to provide a peaceful living experience with the conveniences of professional property management.
Located conveniently close to I-275, Ronald... Reagan Highway, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation, our community is perfect for anyone seeking a convenient lifestyle.
Apartments feature vinyl wood-look flooring, carpeted bedrooms, a walk-out balcony (2nd & 3rd Floor Units), and an upgraded kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Laundry hookups are available in every unit, with sets available for rent.
The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.
Woodsie is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.

Previous tenant 2010-2011
Horrible landlord, I knew people in 4 other apartments we all moved out months of each other, none of us got our deposit back, 3 of us were taken to eviction court when no money was owed. All evictions were dismissed because we owed nothing, however the eviction will be on our record forever. I stayed in the 2909 building which has horrible plumbing that they never came to fix, every time I did laundry my kitchen would flood from the utility room. The maintenance man which is the... landlord/owner's son has party's at the pool late at night drinking and being loud but let one of the tenants have one extra person with them at the pool during the day and you get thrown out of the pool area. Cops were at these apartments dang near every single day, drug dealer happen in the parking lot all day long. They may look nice but think twice before renting here. Not to mention the landlord Jim will knock on your door and ask your baby sitter 101 questions about who they are and why they are in your apartment like you're not allowed having guest or a baby sitter watching your kids at your apartment. Do not recommend these apartments unless you like drama, evictions and not getting your deposit back for no good reason.

RENTER BEWARE
horrible landlord he will take you to eviction court even when he has his money. They don't fix stuff. Bad plumbing in building 2909. they also don't clean up their garbage before you move in. Also they don't give deposits back for no apparent reason I know 4 other people that lived there not a single person got their deposit back.

The location is perfect and it is quiet and friendly
The apartment complex is in a good area/township. The apartments inside are nice and well kept, also it has a nice pool area and grill that could be put to good use in the summer time.
