Guests will have full exclusive access to the house and yard, although the garage is not available for guest use at this time.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, and/or those living closer than 100 miles from the home, at the host's discretion, to ensure community safety and security. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
