Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, under 25 years old, and/or living closer than 100 miles from the home, to ensure community safety and security. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the reservation is canceled in a timely manner. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5-30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
