Amazing!

I love my townhome it's beautiful here. The staff & new management is very professional & hardworking. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable. Furthermore this is the best neighborhood that me and my daughter has ever lived in! I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Dear Apartment Managers

This is my honest opinion regarding the apartment complex where I reside. I enjoy the amount of sq.ft. that my home has. I love the hardwood floors. My concern is the lack of ownership and professionalism. These apartment homes have so much potential, and if taken care of properly, I would stay a long time. If you are an apartment manager please lead by example and control the upkeep of these homes. Spray and treat for roaches, lawn care, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, neutral wall palettes,... etc. If these are taken care of, people(tenants) will help keep these homes and neighborhood beautiful. One step at a time we all can make this a better place to live!!
