Leasing Office and Maintenance is a Joke
Beautiful looking community and it’s quiet.
However, leasing office is disorganized and they don’t know how to respond nor read emails in their entirety. Put in a maintenance request and waited three months before someone came out (they also remove the request from tenants view after 30 days so good luck mentioning escrow payments).
Landlord specialed everything in the apartment prior to move in, nothing was cleaned properly (mold on the windowsills and showers, air filter hadn’t been changed... in months and was black with dirt, under the refrigerator had a lot of pet hair, dirt, and food pieces under it, same as the washer & dryer). Missing part of the fake, vinyl floor board under a cabinet - looks like laziness, as if they didn’t feel the need to cut a three inch piece to fit. Trash only gets picked up once a week, with three buildings using one set of dumpsters.
Mail lady is super sweet, though.
