About Arlington Village Apartments
Exceptionally nice apartments with very generous floor plans. All apartments have their own laundry rooms with washer/dryer hook-ups and 2 full bathrooms. Some units have vinyl wood or tile/laminate floors. Each unit has its own locked entry door.... You will live in a secluded setting within a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by nice single family homes. We are within walking distance to grocery and retail shopping about 10 minutes to the Dayton Mall and 15 minutes to the downtown district. You will find great schools within the Valley View School District a very pleasant place for families to find a home.

Wonderful
Very quiet area. Landlords know how to take care of their tenants and property. If something comes up, they are on it and it is handled in a timely manner. I always recommend this property to anyone who is looking! No where else I'd rather be! Immediately felt at home!

dont live here
terrible management, the landlady is the worst type of person to walk the earth. if there are problems expect it to get fixed a month after you tell them ontop of them blaming you for general wear and tear of everything in the apartment. kive anywhere else this place is just horrible. currently living there and and actively trying to find anywhere else

I am sorry for the delay in replying to this review as I was not notified it was here. It is hard to address this when we don't know any details or if this is for Arlington Village Apartments in Germantown or Fairborn because we get lots of contact... that is actually for Fairborn and we are not associated with them. So, I'm going to reply based on if this is Germantown and in the same generic form. We tell everyone if there is an issue with us to let us know because we can not address it if we do not know about it. I feel strongly when I read, "the landlady is the worst type of person to walk the earth". We tell everyone that if something isn't addressed in a timely manner to mention it so apparently this was not done. You mention "blaming you for general wear and tear of everything in the apartment", but you also say you were living there at the time of posting. It is illegal to charge someone for normal wear and tear and anything above normal would be billed at move out so I don't understand how you can say that from personal experience. Based on what you say it sounds like you might have been told that by someone else and remember there are always 2 sides to a story and I have picture documentation of when everyone moves out and before everyone moves in.
