Dylan and Dana are FANTASTIC

Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well... they treat residents and try to work with Cortland as a whole to make sure that we're taken care of.

Great place to live

Everything is great here . No complaints . Plenty of parking . Dana in maintenance does an amazing job , Dylan in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. The surrounding area has plenty of stores .

I have lived in the Courtland community for 5 years and my experience has been excellent. The staff and management are always responsive to my needs. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I recommend that you consider Courtland communities when considering apartment choices to reside in.

I really am happy I decided to move here. I toured 20 apartments in the greater Columbus area & couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Cortland Hilliard. Dana & Dylan are amazing staff members that keep the property well kept, safe, & make it a great place to live.
