Fantastic Community and Service – Truly Home!
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here! The community is warm and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. The management and service teams are exceptional—always responsive, efficient, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. We've been living here for a while, and I can honestly say this community feels like home. The peaceful environment, friendly neighbors and well-kept grounds create a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to beat. The management team does an outstanding job—always attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring about residents’ needs.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained community!

The Best Apartment I've Had
From my first visit touring the apartments I knew this was the place for me. The leasing office staff was get helping me pick the unit that suited my wants/needs and responded to all our my questions in a quick & efficient manner. I've recently renewed my lease, and am so happy I did. The maintenance staff are friendly and quick to correct maintenance requests. They also perform routine preventative maintenance/inspections to make sure the unit is in good condition.
The grounds and common... areas are kept clean & tidy. The area is safe and family friendly. I feel very grateful to call Cortland Northlake home.
