Elon Property Management is horrible.

The landlords do NOT care about this property. It’s falling apart and they just hide the problems. They charge late fees on midnight of the second day and the fifth day; $150 in late fees by day 5. STAY AWAY!

Good starter apartment

Great apartments for what they are. Quiet neighborhood and you're near everything. Lived there for 7 years, and the current management is

Had a few small issues and almost always was fixed the same day. Never had any major issues but I'm aware of neighbors having them but were addressed by maintenance immediately and fixed as fast as humanely

Never an issue, 10/10 would live there again
