Move in experience My husband and I had looked at several apartments before we discovered Redwood,. We fell in love...so much better than anything we had seen. Redwood feels like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. It's quiet, it's open and spacious, it's clean and modern, an overall peaceful vibe. We felt guided through the whole process of getting into the apartment, from the application process, to signing up for utilities, to signing our lease. The office agents communicated... promptly and clearly. On move-in day, my husband and I met Arien, our leasing agent, at the designated time for our walk through and to get our keys. She was very friendly and thorough about the details of our move in and welcomed us to reach out at any time with questions or needs.
Our apartment was clean, fresh and move-in ready. We enjoyed the special touches of wine and wine glasses, and even toilet paper and paper towels to make our first days feel right at home.
Shout out to Kayla and Kim and Arien for helping us along the way. It's professionals like these that give us the pleasure of heartily recommending Redwood Neighborhood Apartments to everyone we know!

Great place to live in peace.
Very quiet and very clean. The only reasons i moved was because there are no amenities and rent is high.
