Just what the title says. Very poorly run and increasing rent with no amenities. Just take a look at other reviews online of the property. Stay away!

I regretfully rented at this location. I regret making the decision. Shortly after moving in I began feeling sick. I experienced severe fatigue and began coughing every time I was in the unit. My eyes would burn constantly while in the unit. It escalated until I couldn't sleep in the unit.
I began being seen by a doctor who told me to check the unit for mold. I checked but found none. My health continued to worsen until I had an inspection done behind the appliances. Behind the dishwasher they... found extensive black mold that had grown for so long it penetrated the studs of the walls and had spread throughout the walls. Maintenance is sub-par and you have to call them over and over and over and they still don't fix the problem (very unknowledgeable or just lazy) and management could care less. It's a shame because it could be a great community if management/maintenance were about more than just collecting rent.

No seriously, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Unless you’re looking to waste money on a combination of “luxury and convenience” that does not exist. What once was convenient is no longer and has never been “luxury” ever. There are literally zero amenities in the complex that qualify as luxury. There is a poorly maintained tennis court not often used for such. Emergency maintenance Is difficult to get to respond over night. The office staff is one of the worst staffs I’ve ever dealt... with, they’re aren’t great at keeping documentation, but are polite. It doesn't matter what I write, they'll just remove it anyway like they did my last one. The location is good, the area is relatively safe, but the apartments are overpriced and outdated. Management is awful. Huge rent increases. No ammenities. Terrible customer service. The sad part of it all is they're sitting on a gold mine. They could charge a lot more if they just updated.
