I lived here for 3 1/2 years. When I first moved in the fridge wouldn't keep anything cold and the freezer wouldn't freeze anything So I had to throw out all my food.. I told them and they came out and supposedly fixed it. But once again it was doing the same thing and I again had to throw out my food. They never offered to reimburse me for any of it. They finally got it replaced. Then my washer started overflowing on and off for no reason and flooding my apartment. I made several calls about... it and they never replaced it. One time I started the washer and got in the shower and when I got out, it was so bad that it flooded my entire kitchen with over 2 inches of water, it leaked into the living room and to the floor below me. This went on for over a year before they finally replaced my washer! Also the ceiling in the living room leaked when it rained in several spots. This too took them over a year to fix. The ceiling was falling down before they finally said they would fix it but by this time I had already chose to move out. My lease was not up for another six months but I was tired of living in this place where they don't fix anything, not to mention the neighbors blared music constantly and even though maintenance would come out, they'd continue to do it. So loud my apartment shook! Now they are charging me almost $5000 for breaking the lease! The lady in the front office told me I could make payments in the $1,400 early termination fee. But instead they sent me a letter saying I owe the entire amount of the lease!! Even though I know they will get someone moved in within a month. Really seemed excited and has this place at the top of my list. After Rosie pressed and pressed to set up a tour the next day for an apartment of unknown availability come 5/1, it left a bad taste in my mouth that maybe they don’t have my interests at heart. I’m moving from two states away to be near my family, this isn’t just a lay up decision for me and I will take my time to tour areas that are welcoming to me.

I absolutely love my apartment here! The ponds are so relaxing to have behind the deck, the apartments are spacious, and I feel very safe here! I’m thankful for this new home!

An agent lied to me about my background check and told me I was denied for having a “criminal record” when I have not been arrested or charged with anything before, seems like a name mix up or must have been holding an open apartment for someone else. Poor way to do business, wouldn’t recommend living here.

I moved in a few months ago and I am absolutely loving it here. The appartment is close to lots of things and very easy to access major highways. I am finishing up my degree at Owens Community College and this place being right down the road from class has been amazing. The staff is very friendly. Stephanie was very informative and helpful all the way through the movein process! The amenities are great. Having a washer and dryer in my appartment is so nice with my busy schedule.
