Nothing ever gets fixed and the staff lie
I lived here for 3 1/2 years. When I first moved in the fridge wouldn't keep anything cold and the freezer wouldn't freeze anything So I had to throw out all my food.. I told them and they came out and supposedly fixed it. But once again it was doing the same thing and I again had to throw out my food. They never offered to reimburse me for any of it. They finally got it replaced. Then my washer started overflowing on and off for no reason and flooding my apartment. I made several calls about... it and they never replaced it. One time I started the washer and got in the shower and when I got out, it was so bad that it flooded my entire kitchen with over 2 inches of water, it leaked into the living room and to the floor below me. This went on for over a year before they finally replaced my washer! Also the ceiling in the living room leaked when it rained in several spots. This too took them over a year to fix. The ceiling was falling down before they finally said they would fix it but by this time I had already chose to move out. My lease was not up for another six months but I was tired of living in this place where they don't fix anything, not to mention the neighbors blared music constantly and even though maintenance would come out, they'd continue to do it. So loud my apartment shook! Now they are charging me almost $5000 for breaking the lease! The lady in the front office told me I could make payments in the $1,400 early termination fee. But instead they sent me a letter saying I owe the entire amount of the lease!! Even though I know they will get someone moved in within a month. After they fix all the damages caused by their procrastination. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
