I have lived here for a year with my puppy and we have absolutely loved every minute of it. The home is spacious and the Office staff is amazing! Jody moved me in and Mike was fantastic also. The new staff in the office is extremely friendly and willing to help.

I’ve lived in several apartments around Toledo and Country Club is by far the best. The property has high end amenities, the best staff, and an affordable price. Feels like home!

My upstairs neighbor had a pipe leaking into my bathroom ceiling earlier this week. I called the office and spoke with Kim who immediately sent the maintenance crew to check it out. All of the maintenance guys are great and the two dispatched to my issue, Ron and Cody, were communicative and respectful, making sure to remove their shoes at my door. The leak was repaired and Kim even followed up with me later that day to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. Everyone who works here makes... it so I never want to leave!
