This is a modular home with a 2 car garage, deck on front, cement back patio, storm cellar, has gas and electric, 2 bedrooms, one bath (tub with shower), smaller bedroom has had the closet converted to a shower - we just put a rod in there and still... used as a closet, has carpet and vinyl flooring, dishwasher is 4 yrs. old, gas stove is 5 yrs old. There is a refrigerator, washer and dryer but we will not be replacing if they go out - they all are working as of today.
