The apartments and community are fine but the rent is ridiculously high for the area, quality of apartments, amenities, and services. I would give 5 stars if the rent was more reasonable

All of our apartment homes listed on our website are currently... renovated homes and the pricing does reflect that of a renovated style home. I've enjoyed living at Spring and Creekside apartments, the apartment is very nice. I wish the gardeners did not come on the weekends, since it can be quite loud when you're trying to have a relaxing weekend. Amenities are nice, staff are diligent, and care about the community by hosting events to give back. I like the location a lot, but rent is on the higher side. Parking can be a pain for free spots and we've had to get a spot for $35 a month. They are good at providing notices for when work... is getting done on the complex, they've inspected my apartment twice with less than 6 months between inspection, which is odd to me. Haven't had any issues with neighbors, be aware of package theft, but that occurs everywhere.
