Sierra Student Apartments

The Sierra is just a group of young teens, who seem to have never worked in student housing, or housing in general.... When i toured the property they didn't know what electricity company they used, cable company. they didn't know how many bedrooms they had on each floor (and this girl had been "working there from the open of the property") so they are not well informed at all...… they are also super unprofessional wearing work out clothes in their office, and a playboy sweater? like what, how... is that a "professional leasing office".... I would not recommend the sierra to anyone, literally no one and the best part is they are maybe 2 inches from the train tracks, so they will place you on that side of the building and you can hear the train shake your bedroom (wouldn't you love to go to bed and wake up to the lovely sound of a train)!? Looking for housing in Corvallis led us to the leasing office for Sierra on a Sunday expecting only to find contact information - Wow! Instead we were greeted warmly and professionally nearly an hour before normal hours with an invitation to get our coffee and come inside for a tour. Such a positive experience! Seeing build materials, layout options and a virtual tour were all wrapped in upbeat gracious professionalism of the team who happily explained options, answered our questions and... responded promptly throughout an already easy process.
