Pet Policy: One pet (cat or dog under 40 lbs) allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and additional pet rent of $25/month for each pet.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired. Water/Sewer and Refuse are billed at a flat rate of $75 per month, which is included in the rent. Total rent including Water/Sewer/Refuse is $950.

Laundry: Home does not include a washer and dryer.

Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping, which is paid by Owner.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later. Read More
