Do NOT move into these apartments!
Management is horrible. I called about a clogged toilet one day; they didn't come, and the toilet overflowed. They charged me for the carpet! They lost my rent check one time, and since I didn't have proof I paid it, they charged me a late fee!! Then, I got a letter from the corporate office telling me I owed them $60 (which I did not!) Well, I learned my lesson the other time, and I ask for receipts now. So, I proved that my account was paid in full, they checked, and they credited the wrong... account!!! These people have no clue what they're doing; stay away. The apartments are nice, but headaches with management aren't worth it!

The worst apartment in the USA
Overpriced, super dirty, service is extremely horrible. Please don't move into these apartment. I had moved to from place to place but this apartment is the worst on everything; like carpet and kitchen has not been cleaned, bathroom worst than a portable restroom. YES I moved into the dirtiest apartment in the US. They knew almost a month that we would move in at the end of the month, but they didn't clean the unit that we supposed to move in. When I made a request to clean our apartment; of... course, they said yes but nobody come to clean. I have been going to the office every morning asking them when someone will clean our apartment, they said today everyday. It's has been four days since I moved in, I haven't used the toilet because it is so disgusting. I has been using my old apartment bathroom until the lease end. I don't understand why they take the money but didn't do a good job. What a ripoff. I'm hoping to find a new place by the end of the month and get out of this trashy place. Horrible, disgusting place. Looks good from the outside but super bad on the inside. Very very disappointed.

Worst
These apartments are overpriced and under maintained, everything is jerry-rig together so they can pinch pennies but they charge a fortune for what you get and they are never willing to work with you if you're in a pinch or in a bind at all they will take as much money as they can from him I would not wish this apartment on my worst enemies

The Crossings
The apartment is super clean and not terribly noisy considering I live on the bottom floor. I have good neighbors and I've never had anything happen to my car while living there. I very safe there. There is a pool so during the summer months that is always nice to have. The only bad thing that I would say is that they need to spray for spiders......because there are way too many of them.

nice amenities
The crossings assistants have great amenities including a work out room, pool, and hot tub and is easy to get approved. The downside is how close it is to Winco and the pan handlers. Unfortunately I have been approached right outside my apartment by people asking for money.
