The people who work here are very nice, and so far (about 2 months) everything has been fine with my new home and new neighborhood. I’m quite happy.

My overall experience with Avan has been great. The staff is very helpful and goes far beyond management at other apartments I’ve lived at to resolve issues. The homes are a good size and price which makes life a little easier as prices of everything has gone up and being so close to many stores is a nice perk

maintenance is always on time and fixes what needs to be done. im never left alone/stranded without the help of our landlord and maintenance. i love Avana apartments!

Well in general it's good I think there should be more security at night a little more control with the homeless and the office team is really doing well

Absolutely love living here, I feel safe and comfortable and when there was an issue our property management immediately fixed it. Everytime I go to the office they are really helpful and quick as well. 10/10
