Terrible Management and Online Services

The apartment units are decent, but the air conditioners frequently fill up with water and become rusty. There were frequent car break-ins (several a month) before I left.

They will squeeze every penny out of you when you try to leave and their online payment services do not work. I would not recommend!

I really like living in the Nexus condominium, for its practicality, good vibes, ease of solving problems, for amenities, animal park, swimming pool and also for the great location with great restaurants, bakery, markets, train station, gym in the neighborhood.
