Best Apartments 10/10 Recommend!
I had an incredibly positive experience moving into these apartment homes, especially given my tight deadline. The leasing agent went above and beyond, even working after hours to ensure everything was in place for my move-in. I toured many apartments, both in-state and out-of-state, and these were by far the best-kept in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and landscaping. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their community.
Since moving in, I’ve found it to be a quiet, peaceful community,... and the location is perfect—close to shopping and other conveniences.
The maintenance team has been amazing as well. I called for help with three items around 1 PM, and by 3:30pm the same day, everything was resolved. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m really happy with my decision to live here!

The parking situation is a nightmare.
Parking is not enforced and there is rarely a spot available near your apartment. The new management is awful.

New Management is Awful
Extremely overpriced, management doesn’t manage anything, parcel lockers are always full so you never get your packages on time if you get them at all. People don’t clean up after their pets so there is regularly dog poop laying around. They advertise as luxury but everything is super cheap - low-quality cabinets that aren’t put together properly so there are gaps.
Maybe they’ll get it together but I’ve lived here nearly a year and have had nothing but problems. New management took over about a... month ago and they are awful. I can’t wait to move.

nice apt, unscrupulous management
Great apartment, but less than 60 days after moving in they immediately change the terms of carport lease and jack up the rent
