Lovely. Just simply lovely. Cyan Pdx is an amazing place of residency, it’s very community based in addition to the very helpful staff you’re lucky to have.

Cyan has taken over a month to repair a broken refrigerator which is considered an essential appliance. It is STILL not fixed! This should have been replaced within a week! They do not care about tenants. I do not recommend Cyan, there are much better apartments that actually do required maintenance.

The team really cares about the residents. When you talk to them they listen and do what they can to help. I also really like the floorplans.
