Staff are friendly and helpful, always try to make it right. Apartment has a great location, you are still downtown but it feels safe and tucked away.

I was moved into an apartment with a major plumbing issue the building new about and lied about! The heating is abysmal, I have no control over it and it's always too cold or too hot. The windows are ancient and need desperately to be replaced with properly fitted and sealed modern windows. The pipes are full of rush and constantly spit brown water out. I had to install a special expensive water filter in the shower so my hair would stop falling out. And they just raised the price, so if you... move in today all of this will be yours for more than $100 more a month than I paid less than a year ago.
