Staff is outstanding. Good security company. Studio is the perfect size for one person and a cat. Neighborhood is decent. Parking is iffy - be creative and pray to the parking gods. Some regular urban life happenings. A rare shooting on occasion near the bar. Seen a few rats while out walking.

We have lived here three years. We love our apartment and have become friends with many in the bldg. management has changed many times but excellent security, maintenance, and overall friendly atmosphere has not changed.

I have been living in this property for over three years and the only thing I really like is my unit. But in other aspects it has a long way to go. The neighborhood has become increasingly dirty. The neighbors and people living at the building are not the best. I have been harassed by one of them with no help from the management team. They are constantly changing managers and the new person has no idea of anything happening at the building which feels like starting from zero, not to say she's... not helpful. The garbage room is constantly full and it smells terrible and the only improvement has been a couple of tables on one TV on the lobby.

Management and maintenance staff are quick and great with any issue within the apartment complex. Love that they host monthly events to help foster a community.

Only criticism is there are a lot of pet owners, and they don't respect the entrances and patio spaces of first floor residence. Heavy urine smells are a near constant around the building
