RATS, ROACHES & THEFT

Under no circumstances should you move here! Choosing this property and management group has been the biggest leasing mistake I’ve ever made. The Dylan has been nothing short of a nightmare. My locked storage unit was robbed TWICE, encountered rats and roaches both inside and outside the property, and witnessed drug addicts openly using on the property. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere!

Also, I moved out only a few months ago so there’s zero personal gain from making this post. I’m... sincerely hoping this post will prevent others from making the same mistake.

Terrible

Terrible experience with this building. Received a final statement after moving out and they are charging me $165 for "utilities" when I have paid every month, taking it from my deposit that I now have no control over. The manager Sydney reviewed this final statement and signed it without double checking my past utility payments. Now it's Wednesday and I have not heard back from them after I have been trying to contact them since Friday after I have emailed and called numerous times. Avoid this... building. They are money hungry and do not care about you.

Unfortunately we have been short staffed the last few days due to illness and our coverage had limited access to your account to be able research the matter,... otherwise we aim to reply to all contact attempts w ithin 1 business day. We did already speak in person to clear up the confusion on utilities being billed for past usage and are about 45 days behind. However, please let us know if there is anything else we can do to clear up the confusion. We do care about our resident's experience and always strive to treat everyone fairly and in accordance with the lease agreement.
