Perched above Redmond, many of the homes have beautiful views, including this one.
This well-cared for two bedroom, two bath home has a 500 square-foot master suite with a brand-new king-sized bed; a separate, large soaking tub; double sinks; a walk-in closet.
Down the hall is a second bedroom with a queen bed and second full bathroom.
The open kitchen / dining area is spacious and includes a walk-in pantry and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics – dishwasher, refrigerator, gas oven and range, microwave, coffee pot (or French press -- take your pick), plus an air fryer, bread maker, Cuisinart, and chef-grade pots and pans. In the living room is a cozy gas fireplace, a large-screen TV, plus gorgeous mountain views.
The bedrooms have new carpets, all interior walls were recently repainted, and the kitchen / great room has luxury vinyl. The backyard is fully fenced, but dogs are only considered on a case-by-case basis.
This home shines in the winter. You can sit on the couch and watch the cold evening sunsets in front of a gas fire or light a fire in the gas outdoor fire pit and enjoy the crisp evening air and twinkle lights. The holidays in Bend and Redmond are beautiful; sunny, cold and hopefully a little snow!
Redmond is the new Bend (without the traffic) with coffee shops, breweries, and bike shops. You’ll have easy access to Hwy. 97 and everything Bend has to offer; two miles from downtown Redmond with its restaurants, pubs, yoga studios, and bike shops; and just over a mile from Redmond’s famous Dry Canyon Trail.
A new Costco between Bend and Redmond is NOW open, so both Costco and Trader Joe's are only 15 minutes away.
