I love being a resident here. It's convenient to shopping, my doctors, and transportation. Any requests for repairs are handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean and the flowers/lawns are always well manicured. Most of all, I feel safe here. It is a relaxing atmosphere, one where you can read a book in peace, on one of the benches anywhere on the grounds. Keep up the EXCELLENT work.

The apartments are clean. The building have been newly painted. New carpet in the shared hallways. The grounds are well kept. The office is very responsive. Maintenance is quick and efficient.

So far I am really enjoying the amenities. Love that this is a pet friendly environment. The size and added conveniences within the unit are great. Having the ability to do your everyday tasks such as laundry and having a dishwasher within your own unit is fantastic!
My dog is enjoying the balcony as well as the dog park!

my experience at HILLBROOK thus far has been a delight, I appreciate how the greenery is kept nice, the office personnel are friendly, helpful and show genuine concern ,the maintenance dept is great, your requests are acted upon immediately and that is comforting
