This place is an absolute joke - thin walls, you’ll hear literally everything from your neighbors. “Emergency water repairs” every single week and the front office will inform you minutes before, sometimes no warning. Apartments are mediocre but are priced like luxury apartments. These apartment buildings are so old that things will break easily. Worst experience living here for a year. Bathroom was moldy. Both bathrooms would flood and ruin carpets when it rained heavy. Administration has the worst communication. They do not return phone calls or honor maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Apt flooded on a Sunday, no one came until Thursday. After fixing the problem, my carpets were never cleaned like they said they would and when I moved out they wanted me to pay for it. The pool was never opened. Willowbrook it's a beautiful place to live for a nice size one and two size bed room apartment complex.
It has a nice size swimming pool. And it's a apartment complex that's directly next to stores if you need food products and drug stores. A Ride Aid and CVS
And other stores that are close near the apartment complex. There's a bus stop for those who use public transportation.
office staff is great.

While living here for 2 years I have had the displeasure of working with the management staff. It has been my experience that they are difficult to get in touch with and I have never had a return call when they absolutely said they would return the call. It is very hard to get answers out of them. Our latest encounter was being out of hot water for 2 weeks with no accommodation for our inconvenience.
