Parkside Providence Town Center Apartments

We are so grateful that we found Parkside. The building is clean, apartments gorgeous, excellent amenities, prompt response for maintenance issues, everything we could ask for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rebecca initially gave us our tour. I can say over 6 months later that she is still as friendly and helpful as she was the day we met. Colin was fantastic with helping me out yesterday! He is always very friendly, professional and fun to be around! The team of Steve and Colin are always helpful in helping to fox anything in my apartment.

I’ve been here almost since the building opened. Fantastic amenities and planned events - you cannot beat it in this area. There are some absolutely wonderful people in this community. Maintenance team is very helpful even for the smallest concern. The office has been very nice, helpful. I will always say these units have great layouts, lots of storage and beautiful kitchens - that stove is awesome! The walls are thin though. Noise from upstairs neighbor can be unbearable at times especially... when you want to sleep - you can hear everything in the walls including yelling and screaming between couples. Definitely a downside of apartment living but there are so many positives that make this a great place to live. Read More

I am going on my second year living here at Parkside-Providence-town -center. It has continued to be a very wise choice for me to move here. The management staff is terrific always willing to answer questions and to get the answers to your questions or concerns if they cannot answer your question when first asked. They continue to provide monthly activities for all age levels. The maintenance department responds to your requests in a timely manner and works quickly to solve your request.... Housekeeping excellent in keeping the property neat and clean. Management continues focus on the wellness and keeping residents safe and informed.
