Property management
Worst experience ever when the landlord had to be away for sometime. The temporary replacement for her did a poor job. I had a leaking roof since September in one of the rooms and she sent in a request for it to be looked at. She ended up have to go to Hospital for some time so a temporary replacement came in and said they fixed my roof. Well it kept leaking landlord returned back to work and within a few days the guys came out and fixed my roof! No more leaky roof. This new landlord is awesome.... Most definitely goes above and beyond her line of work to keep happy residents here.

Property manager
I live here at cloister gardens and I have never seen such a bunch of ungrateful residents... The property manager goes above and beyond to see to everyone’s needs are meant and yet they disrespect her at their jobs in front of customers that live at cloister gardens, I was at a local store and over heard this awful conversation... These people should really take a look at themselves, they are the problem not her

Bed bugs
After moving all of our stuff in we noticed some small bugs on the wall in our spare bedroom. Turns out they were bed bugs. Whole building has them. Exterminators came 10 times in 4 months, never fixed the issue. I swear they live in the walls. Broke our (overpriced) lease after 5 months. Never seen a bed bug again.

Don't move here
Don't move here. Rent is too high .You get complans about you animals the moment you move in .Maintenance takes forever to show up .

Five years and still here
We have seen many people come and go during our 5 years here, but there are many reasons we chose this apartment and have stayed here. Other apartments were so difficult to get financially approved , this was not. We struggled to find a place close to school, close to the rec center that would let us have our very good cats. Others here have dogs, too. The rent isn't to expensive. Someone always handles any problems that arise in our apartment rather quickly. It's a nice quite complex, even for... families too. Has a pool and grills for those who like to spend time outdoors. Only downside is dragging groceries up to third floor, wish I had a first floor apartment. Management is firm but fare at keeping a safe community.
