Decent place, but very noisy. Excellent repair staff. They always come immediately. Amenities are pretty good. There are always kids playing outside which is nice. Feels safe. Unfortunately a lot of late night parties, loud music all hours of the day and cars with loud exhausts racing in the parking lot trying to set off car alarms. It’s the only thing to ruin this complex.

It's a good community to live in everything is near by anyone can live here without car for initially good environment play ground for kids.

Havig just moved in, I can't say enough about how accommodating everyone has been. The Maintenace team has been great as well as the front office.
