Summerhill is a great community to live in and the staff here are excellent and willing to help whenever needed. The amenities are fantastic and there isn’t a better location to live in in Exton!

Overall, this is a beautiful and well maintained community that I really want to love but there are issues. We are living in tough times with rent and grocery inflation, and it’s always helpful to have office staff who are courteous and understanding. I don’t feel like the staff here is. Krista takes a “don’t take your personal situation out on me” approach to property management and is quick to evict residents if they don’t make one full rent payment. They will charge you a late fee and still... initiate landlord tenant complaints in court, charging you all of their lawyers fees. We’re not talking thousands of dollars and months behind, we’re talking a couple of hundred dollars unpaid from one month means they will try to evict you.
So if you have a family with young children, keep this in mind before moving here. The unexpected happens to everyone and no one needs the stress of eviction for being a little behind in rent, when you have kids who need to remain in their school district.
