Worst Management

There has been an on going neighbor dispute but management washes their hands of it. They will not get involved. Plus they are very slow with get things fixed around your apartment. Can't wait to move once my lease is up.

Thin walls

We live on the second floor and neighbor above us has two kids that are running and jumping all day until midnight. Emailed manager several times she answered once that she will talk to them and nothing has changed. After that she never replied back. The neighbor below us has a loud squeaky voice. When she talks I can hear clearly everything, especially her laugh. Yesterday she was screaming and laughing until 5 in the morning. Manager didn't do anything. I like the apartment but this year they... raised their rent payment. I asked for a discount because of the noise, but didn't get any reply

Not worth the price!

Forest Station looks good on the outside with its' green grass and beautiful trees. However, that is all they offer. My worst experience living there is the fact I was able to hear other residents conversations and sexual activity VERY clear while they were in their apartments. I knew all their business and that made me wonder what were they hearing out of my apartment. Oh and not to mention how HORRIBLE management is. Buyer Beware.

NOT BAD

Apartment complex is not bad. Have lived here for over twenty years in two different units. Maintenance and resident service request suitability tend to vary with the change of managers every few years.
Presently suitability a bit on the downside.
