The Accolade on Chestnut Apartments

Not the most responsive and would appreciate if there was clarity around lease end date

Coffee machines often are messy and are not updated regularly and common room bathrooms often don't have toilet paper

The apartment is very well kept and in a really great area next to campus, food and for a fair price in Philly. Somethings in the apartment are not as up-kept as other and maintenance can take sometime to respond and may require you to call the front desk. The package room is chaos and your lucky to see your package where it’s supposed to but look around enough and you’ll eventually find it.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful living experience at The Accolade. The facilities are always well-maintained, and the atmosphere is both comfortable and welcoming. The staff members are consistently friendly and attentive, making sure that residents feel supported. The location is incredibly convenient, and the overall environment contributes to a great sense of community.

Best graduate housing around UPenn, nice facilities and comfortable rooms. Moreover, the location is pretty good due to its proximity to campus

Apartment was dirty when I moved in, including food stains left in the fridge, hair everywhere, tape on the walls, and the carpet was not even vacuumed. The AC didn't work for over a month upon move-in. Then when I complained to get it fixed the staff tried to make me feel guilty for complaining. After the AC was finally fixed then my ceiling started leaking. Upon opening the ceiling panel I found water stains everywhere and mold. They never addressed the mold, and now there's also a massive... hole in my ceiling from them trying to find the leak and I doubt it will be repaired any time in the next few weeks.
