The Accolade on Chestnut Apartamentos

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful living experience at The Accolade. The facilities are always well-maintained, and the atmosphere is both comfortable and welcoming. The staff members are consistently friendly and attentive, making sure that residents feel supported. The location is incredibly convenient, and the overall environment contributes to a great sense of community.

Best graduate housing around UPenn, nice facilities and comfortable rooms. Moreover, the location is pretty good due to its proximity to campus

Apartment was dirty when I moved in, including food stains left in the fridge, hair everywhere, tape on the walls, and the carpet was not even vacuumed. The AC didn't work for over a month upon move-in. Then when I complained to get it fixed the staff tried to make me feel guilty for complaining. After the AC was finally fixed then my ceiling started leaking. Upon opening the ceiling panel I found water stains everywhere and mold. They never addressed the mold, and now there's also a massive... hole in my ceiling from them trying to find the leak and I doubt it will be repaired any time in the next few weeks. The trash chutes are always clogged and the hallways smell because of it. The front door area also floods anytime it rains. Lee mas

I love my stay during the last few months since it's location is pretty convenient and get easy access to the campus. Besides that I love the 24/7 gym and common amenities such as outside Patio and study rooms.

I originally thought that the building, along with its rooms and facilities, would be quite old, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything is very new! However, the parcel room can be a bit disorganized, and I often have to spend a lot of time searching for my packages. Additionally, when I reported maintenance issues, no one came to assist me in a timely manner. Other than that, everything has been great!
