The Accolade on Chestnut Apartamentos

Resident experience has still be very satisfactory. I really like living at the accolade, it’s in a great location and easy to get to school, work, and public transportation.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I have to say, everything is good but the heating situation is really disappointing. During the winter, the apartment is extremely cold, and the heating system just doesn’t seem to work properly. Even with the thermostat turned up, it takes forever for the temperature to rise, and it often never gets warm enough. I’ve had to rely on extra blankets and portable heaters just to stay comfortable. It’s becoming quite frustrating, especially since it’s been... really cold lately. For an apartment that’s supposed to be modern, the heating system definitely needs improvement. I hope management takes this issue seriously and does something about it before next winter! Lee mas

Not the most responsive and would appreciate if there was clarity around lease end date

Coffee machines often are messy and are not updated regularly and common room bathrooms often don't have toilet paper

The apartment is very well kept and in a really great area next to campus, food and for a fair price in Philly. Somethings in the apartment are not as up-kept as other and maintenance can take sometime to respond and may require you to call the front desk. The package room is chaos and your lucky to see your package where it’s supposed to but look around enough and you’ll eventually find it.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the wonderful living experience at The Accolade. The facilities are always well-maintained, and the atmosphere is both comfortable and welcoming. The staff members are consistently friendly and attentive, making sure that residents feel supported. The location is incredibly convenient, and the overall environment contributes to a great sense of community.
