Well, I love the service. I like the green areas. I love my apartment—it's very spacious, very original, and has neutral colors that go well with many types of furniture. So, I think they manage everything well. I love the lake, the clubhouse, and, of course, the gym. To me, for a small gym, it's very complete.

Della has been magnificent! She helped us during our lease signing and providing us with marked floor plans when we were not sure if the furniture we bought for the apartment was going to fit. The complex is clean and very pretty. Many restaurants and entertainment near. Not a long commute to work.

One Hampton Lake Lakeside Apartments are clean, have plenty of room with nice floor plans. The lake is beautiful and the focal point of the community. You can kayak, fish enjoy the great pool and other amenities including the gym and a nice clean proctor the doggies. There is plenty of parking space so you always find a decent spot and the location is really convenient. You’re less than 5 minutes from major grocery stores, hardware, gas, and restaurants. Movie theaters, bowling alley and 25... minutes to River Street in Savannah. Whether you end up living here or not you certainly should take a look before you decide where you will be living.
