The building is modern, with great amenities like a well-equipped gym, rooftop lounge, and beautiful views. The location is convenient. Overall, it's a comfortable and upscale place to live in Charleston.

Will be great… in a while

We’re living at one of the premier corner apartments… half our windows are completely covered in a moldy moss, which the apartment says it cannot clean due to construction. We were not made aware of the moldy windows before moving in, & 5 months into our lease they’re still uncleaned. Heard of a few similar stories. Half the complex is constantly under construction or being fixed. It’ll be a great complex when everything is done I’m sure.

The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, and resident lounge. The location is nice - a walking distance to shops, restaurants, and MUSC. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

Great place to live ... publix is a plus... very convenient and safe.. charging stations available now that i own a electric vehicle. Spiffing up the building and cleaning is good, once construction is completed a great place to live. Love the dog and cat friendly atmosphere.
