Nice ambiance and Beautiful view in the sky lounge. Really enjoy it and the nice amenities, gym, courtyard, pool , kept clean. Nice park across the street, very pleasant to walk my fur baby. Grocery store in the building has been a plus. Can be noisy due to the roof construction but view is awesome. Office staff and maintenance are helpful, responds promptly.

Best place to live in terms of location to downtown and surrounding vicinities, dog friendly building, major plus having a Publix downstairs, wish we had more restaurants and additional dining , there are many vacant spots, make the rent more affordable so businesses can come in and i am sure the building would support addtional restaurants...lunch, pizza place, more breakfast and coffee needed..

Living at 10 Westedge has been incredibly convenient. It’s close to my work, with easy access to downtown within walking distance. The amenities are excellent, and having a Publix right in the building is such a practical bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!

Complex is incredibly well maintained , the gym is fantastic and you can almost always find a time to go where it isn’t busy. Being on top of the publix is convenient, and the location is terrific. The only negative thus far has been the construction around the building which has unfortunately taken a portion of our balcony for the time-being , but the contract stipulated construction would be taking place around the building so we can’t knock them for such. Thus far, we would highly recommend... this complex to others.
