I genuinely love the environment at Monty. Since moving in, I have felt more at home more included and definitely in the loop in comparison to my last apartment complex. Everyone in the office is very inviting. They have constant communication about things within the community and outside of the community.

Monty is an excellent choice for apartment community living.
Well managed and friendly. Prompt responses and resolutions from maintenance team. Professional, friendly, and accommodating management team.

I can't imagine another apartment community I would rather be a part of!

The office staff and maintenance people are great. They are very responsive to any requests made for maintenance and office staff are available to answer any questions. The grounds are kept neat and it is a great place to live.

I’ve lived at a lot of places around Charleston and none come close to how good the experience living at Monty is.

The community is cozy and extremely well kept. Everyone is kind and helpful. The apartments themselves are extremely nice and the walls are thick. It’s peaceful yet lively. The maintenance team fixes issues almost immediately. Extremely well managed, great place to live.
