Maintenance request I needed a few small maintenance tasks completed in the kitchen, maintenance was here within 10 minutes to fix the issues. Waiting to hear back regarding the countertop sealant pro to make an appointment to maintain the granite.

Best place to live in Charleston I genuinely believe this is the best place to live in Charleston. The complex is stunning and feel like a resort, from the pond with a fountain, string lights & walking trail around it as you drive in, to the shady walking trails, to the insanely awesome pool & clubhouse, to the dog parks & huge dog community, to the community events, to the amazing community & staff. The location is minutes from downtown or Folly beach & directly next to most grocery… stores/other places you could need to go. Maintenance has always been fast & the area is very safe. This is an insanely beautiful place to live that will make you happy every day. If it weren’t getting out of my price range, I would have stayed indefinitely. Thanks Riverland for a great 3 years!
