Define Luxury
Could this be a great complex?Yes. Is it? No.
Great location minus all the construction around. The pool, fitness center, and leasing office are great. The overall quality of the apartments however, is not as advertised. Trash all over the grounds, no one cleans up after their pets, not nearly enough pet waste stations, and the apartment was not cleaned prior to our move in (cob webs, dirty countertops, lint and trash behind the dryer, paint splatters on the floor, and the blinds and other... surfaces were filthy). There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, no drawers in the bathrooms, and not enough kitchen storage. On top of that, we had several maintenance issues within our first 3 weeks. The keys didn’t work, the lock was broken, water pressure in one shower was bad, and the other shower door leaked water. The issues on their own weren’t a huge deal, but all of them together really feels like we’re overpaying for the quality. Then to top it off, we were awakened one night by the smoke detectors to find one dripping water. Had to call emergency maintenance. The maintenance staff is nice and the front office staff has been..comparable to that of other apartments. It is not the fault of the office staff, but the quality of these apartments is not as advertised and severely overpriced. To call it luxury living is completely inaccurate
