Best property on James Island!

We lived at Spyglass for a total of 5 years in different apartments. I can say with full honestly that this property is special - not only does it provide luxury apartments in an unbeatable location, the exemplary staff headed by Mary the manager create a friendly and welcoming environment that truly makes you feel at home. The monthly events are a blast and much appreciated by the residents. The pool area and clubhouse are impeccable. Thank you Mary and staff for an amazing five years!

Amazing Community

Best Place In Charleston

We just moved from Idaho to Charleston and wanted to live close to the beach. We looked at many apartments on James Island and Mt. Pleasant, and Spyglass was by far the best. We’ve been here for a little over a month now, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff, led by Jessie, is very professional and responsive.

This property is excellent !!!

I enjoy living at Spyglass because it is conveniently located near the beach, downtown Charleston, and various attractions. The grounds are beautiful, making it feel like living in a resort. The clubhouse is impressive, and the workout room is well-equipped. Everyone here is very helpful when it comes to finding restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The staff is amazing, but Jessie went above and beyond in helping me coordinate our move cross-country.
