Parker Point Apartments

Move-in was not smooth. I changed my move-in date with one person, and it wasn’t communicated so a different person sent me a lease with the wrong date. Then the lease with correct date had the wrong price.

They changed my apartment number a day before I was supposed to move in, which meant I had to change my address with the internet, energy, mail, and insurance people.

Apartment was not super clean when I moved in. Sticky and smelled like cigarette smoke. Fake eyelashes on the bathroom... floor.

Within the first 1.5 weeks, my front door lock broke as a result of some pressure washing they were doing. I submitted a work request on a Thur. Lock was not fixed Fri. I called Mon and they confirmed it would be fixed. As of Tue morning, it was still not fixed. I had to call maintenance and request immediate assistance since I needed to leave and couldn’t lock my apartment. Beautiful apartments, great amenities!! I’ve only been here for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Great location, close to downtown and mount pleasant

I absolutely love the ladies in the leasing office! They are literal angels and made the process a breeze. I would refer Parker Point to friends and family!

So far so good! Seems to be quiet and people keep to themselves. Office staff is nice and accommodating. Looking forward to this next year!!

Overall not a bad experience, some community members aren't great about garbage and picking up after their pets. Have also seen more bugs than preferred inside the apartment.
