Great neighborhood and close to campus. Any maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner. Very safe, I frequently walk around the neighborhood with out any safety concerns.

The set up is lovely but the price is kind of high. I would have expected it to go down with my second renewal but instead it increased. The pet fee is also pretty steep.

I enjoy living here; it's suitable for both me and my cat, and the dog park/walking trail is very nice when the weather is warm. Although the price is steep, it's a nice place to live and I will continue living here most likely until I graduate.

I recently visited a residential housing facility, and it was an excellent experience. The welcoming atmosphere and vibrant common areas created a positive environment. The spacious two-bedroom townhouse was well-designed, balancing comfort and functionality for both relaxation and daily activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are well for the area. Great for college students, very safe, and overall clean properties. Units are larger than most other places around the area.
